8.06.035 Livestock and fowl – Roosters prohibited.

No person shall harbor more than three live nonhoofed animals or 10 live fowl at any given time within the Town of Garfield except upon the written permission of the Town Council. It shall be unlawful for any person, for any reason, to keep or harbor within the corporate limits of the Town of Garfield any roosters. (Ord. 464-N, §1, 2018)
