Within the Town of Garfield not to exceed three live non-hoofed animals or three live fowl shall be kept, housed or maintained by one householder, or be in the possession or care of one householder, where the premises upon which said animals or fowls are kept is less than one acre in size, except by written permission of the Town Council first obtained.

Within the Town of Garfield not to exceed ten live non-hoofed animals or ten fowl shall be kept, housed or maintained by one householder, or be in the possession or care of one householder, regardless of the size of the premises where such animals or fowl are kept, except by written permission of the Town Council.
