(1) When not otherwise prescribed herein, all matters required to be filed with the Town shall be filed with the Town Clerk.

(2) In the case of any emergency or disaster, the Grantee shall, upon request of the Town, make available its facilities to the Town for emergency use during the emergency or disaster period. (Ord. 258-N, §1, 1998)
