The Grantee’s cable distribution shall be capable of carrying at least 30 television channels. Grantee shall reserve one public channel to be programmed by the Town for its use. When not in use by the Town, the Grantee reserves the right to program the Town channel. (Ord. 258-N, §1, 1998)
