The Grantee shall at al times during the term of this franchise be subject to the police power of the Town. The Town reserves the right to adopt from time to time such Chapters as may be necessary to the exercise of its police power. Such regulation shall be reasonable and not destructive to this Chapter. Too, such regulations shall not be in conflict with the laws of the State of Washington. (Ord. 258-N, §1, 1998)
