14.10.020 Permits, required for use after closing hours during periods of closure.

No person shall be present in or use the Town Park after closing hours without a permit. Permits shall be issued only to organized groups or individuals chaperoned by a responsible adult over the age of 21 who desire to use or remain in the park for lawful purpose after closing hours. There shall be no charge or fee for the permit. (Ord. 199-N, §3, 1992)
