Permits for use of, or presence in, the park after closing hours shall be issued by the Town Clerk or Town police official. To obtain a permit, a person or organization shall make application to the Town Clerk or police official any time prior to closing hours. Alternatively, a Town police official shall accept applications from any person or organization found to be using the park without a permit after closing hours. All applications must include the name and address of the applicant, the name and address of the responsible adult (when applicable), the intended use of the park, and the intended period of such use. Upon receipt of the completed application, if the requisites of the permit have been met, the issuing authority shall issue a permit.
