The Mayor, upon the advice of the Town Council, shall have the authority from time-to-time to close the Town Park from sunset each evening until sunrise the next morning. Such closure shall be by written proclamation of the Mayor, posted in at least three public places in the Town at least twenty-four (24) hours before the effective date of the closure. The proclamation shall state the duration of the closure. The duration may be stated as running to a date certain, or until further proclamation of the Mayor. (Ord. 199-N, §2, 1992)
