12.02.080 Violation, penalty.
This section is included in your selections.
Any violation of this chapter or any violation of the terms of any fire permit granted under this chapter, shall be a civil infraction and shall be punished as follows:
First offense in any three year period: $50.00
Second offense in any three period: $200.00
Third offense or higher in any three year period: $500.00 (Ord. 273-N, §1, 2000; Ord. 29-N, §2, 1948)
