The grantee shall maintain operate and maintain its cable television system in full compliance with the standard set forth by the Federal Communications Commission. Grantee shall also render efficient service, make repairs promptly, and interrupt service only for good cause and for the shortest time necessary. (Ord. 258-N, §1, 1998)
