The right to use and occupy said streets, utility poles and other public ways for the purposes herein set forth, shall not be exclusive, and the Town reserves the right to grant a similar use in said streets to any other person, firm, or corporation. This section will not require the Town to grant similar use if in its opinion the needs of the Town are best served by only one grant. (Ord. 258-N, §1, 1998)
