The owner of any manufactured home or mobile home located within the Town of Garfield in violation of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250.00. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct violation. In addition, in the event such a violation, the Town of Garfield shall have any and all other remedies available to it in law or equity. (Ord. 191-N, §6, 1991)
