Any bare, metal sheathed structure hereafter erected or otherwise placed within the Town shall be painted or otherwise covered in such a manner as to prevent concentrated amounts of sunlight from being reflected therefrom. This paint or covering shall be applied immediately upon the structure’s completion or placement within the Town and shall at all times thereafter be maintained in such a manner so as to prevent concentrated amounts of sunlight from being reflected therefrom.
