(1) Structure. For the purposes of this chapter, the term “structure” shall include warehouses, retail establishments, garages, dwellings, shop and machine shops and grain, water, chemical, and petroleum products storage tanks and elevators, and all other edifices of any kind.

(2) Bare, metal sheathed structure. For the purposes of this chapter, the phrase, “bare, metal sheathed structure” shall refer to any structure as defined in this chapter which is covered or roofed with bare, unpainted metal panels or siding, including bare aluminum, steel, and zinc-coated metal panels.
