All costs associated with purchase, installation, inspection, testing, replacement, maintenance, parts, and repairs of the backflow device shall be the financial responsibility of the property owner. The Town of Garfield shall not responsible for any drop in water pressure caused by the installation of a backflow device. (Ord. 282-N, §9, 2001)
