All backflow devices installed on premises served by the Town water system shall be regularly tested in the manner required by State laws, rules, or regulations pertaining to such devises which are used in premises supplied by municipal water systems. All such devices found not functioning properly shall be promptly repaired or replaced by the water user. If any such device is not promptly repaired or replaced, the Town may deny or discontinue water to the premise. (Ord. 282-N, §8, 2001)
