All private sewer installations within the Town shall comply with Town specifications as may now be in force or hereafter be amended.* Any person desiring a variance from these specifications shall make application for the same, in writing, to the Town Council. If requested by the Council, such person shall also appear personally before the Council at such time and place as the Council directs. The Town Council shall have the sole discretion to approve or disapprove any variance. (Ord. 87-N, §4, 1976)
