The Treasurer shall collect a $1000.00 hook-up charge for each connection made to the Town’s water supply. This charge shall provide for the installation of a water meter not exceeding ¾ inch. In the event the installation exceeds a ¾ inch system, the owner or person requesting the installation shall pay any additional expenses.
