No person shall drive any vehicle on those portions of Primary State Highway No. 3 ED (SR 27) which pass through the Town at a speed greater than 25 MPH. The specific points to which this chapter extends are more particularly described as “Garfield SCL M.P. 46.62. H.E.S. 1+95 Garfield NCL M.P. 47.61 H.E.S. 52+59 for approximately 0.99 miles between points. (Ord. 49-N, §2, 3, 1966)
