Any violation of this Chapter shall be a civil infraction punishable by a fine of at least $50.00, but not more than $500.00 per occurrence. Additionally, anyone who has damaged any street or alley in violation of any part of this Chapter, or anyone who has failed to fully comply with any conditions or restrictions placed upon a permit issued under the provision of this Chapter, shall pay the Town for any damages resulting therefrom. Such damages, together with the Town’s costs of suit and attorney’s fees, may be recovered in a civil action in the name of the Town against the person(s) causing the damage.
