Any person convicted of violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00. Additionally, any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to suit for any damages resulting from or caused by the acts constituting the violation. (Ord. 295-N, §10, 2003)
