(1) Garbage cans. Garbage cans shall be of strong, weathertight construction, and shall have tight-fitting lids and two handles on opposites sides. These cans shall be corrosion resistant and insect and rodent proof, and they shall neither exceed 32 gallons capacity, nor shall they have a capacity of less than 15 gallons.

(2) Garbage bins and containers. Bin containers shall meet such specifications as the Town may impose from time to time. Too, the Town may furnish, at reasonable rates to be established from time to time by the Council, bin containers to persons requesting them. The rental for these bins shall be billed and collected in the same manner as service charges. (Ord. 80-N, §3, 1975)
