(1) Garbage, trash, and refuse. These terms shall include all putrescible wastes (except sewage and body wastes), industrial by-products, all waste matter not subject to decay or putrefaction, clippings, rakings, leaves, tree or shrub trimmings, except non-compactible items.

(2) Person. The term “person” shall mean every person, firm, partnership, association, institution and corporation. The term shall also include the occupants and/or owner of the premises for which service herein mentioned is rendered. (Ord. 80-N, §2, 1975)
