Fire permits shall contain the following information:
(1) Name of the person to whom the permit is issued;
(2) Duration of the permit:
(3) Location of the fire;
(4) Special limitations or restrictions on the permit;
(5) Signature of the person issue the permit. (Ord. 29-N, §3, 1948)
