Every repeal of an existing Chapter shall be noted on the margin of the Chapter so repealed in the Book of Chapters. Such notation shall include the number and date of the repealing Chapter. The repeal of any Chapter, or any parts thereof, shall not be construed to re-enact or revive any Chapter, or parts thereof, which has been previously repealed. (Ord. 5-N, §7, 1947)
