Every amendment of an existing Chapter shall be noted on the margin of the Chapter so amended in the Book of Chapters. Such notation shall include the number and date of the amending Chapter. No amendment shall be made without setting out the Chapter or section amended in full, as amended. (Ord. 5-N, §6, 1947)
