Grantee shall at all times during the term of this franchise keep the Clerk of the Town informed in writing of its address. Any notices required under this Chapter from the Town to Grantees shall be directed to Grantee by mail, postage prepaid, at the address on file with the Clerk. In the event Grantee shall fail to keep the Clerk informed of its address as required, any notices required under this Chapter shall be directed to Grantee’s last known address. (Ord. 258-N, §1, 1998)
