Any person desiring to obtain a public dance license shall submit to the Town Marshal a signed application containing the following information:

(1) Names and addresses of the applicant or applicants;

(2) Names and addresses of the person or persons assuming legal responsibility for the dance;

(3) Location of the dance:

(4) Hours during which the dance will be held;

(5) A brief description of the nature of the dance, invitees, and type of entertainment anticipated;

and any other information that may be required by the Town Marshal to ensure the maintenance of public order. (Ord. 96-N, §4, 1977)
