5.01.020 Exemptions.

This chapter shall not apply to the following:
(1) contracts, offers to sell, sales, or trades of services, property, or goods to wholesale or retail merchants;
(2) newspersons;
(3) persons or entities distributing literature or soliciting donations for civic, charitable, religious, patriotic, or philanthropic purposes. (Ord. 95-N, §9, 1977)
