Whenever a person is unable or unwilling to pay an assessed fine, such person may be sentenced to labor, one day for each three dollars assessed. This labor shall be under the custody and direction of the Town Marshal or his deputies, and shall be upon Town improvements. (Ord. 11-N, §3, 1947)
