3.04.010 Payment.
This section is included in your selections.
All fines assessed by the Town Police Judge shall be payable in lawful money of the United States. Upon payment of a fine, the Police Judge shall issue a receipt therefor in the name of the Town of Garfield. (Ord. 11-N, §1, 1947)
