3.02.020 Audit committee – duties.

The audit committee shall audit and submit to the Council for approval all demands or bills presented to the Town for payment. Demands or bills presented to the Town shall be paid only after being submitted to the Council by the audit committee, and then only upon a majority vote of the council. (Ord. 10-N, §§1, 2, 1947)
