There is hereby adopted the 1994 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, together with any amendments, revisions, or new editions thereof. Nothing in this Chapter shall prevent the use of the provisions of Chapter 22.02 as an alternative to this Chapter with respect to the regulation and abatement of dangerous buildings.
