All mobile and manufactured homes installed within the Town of Garfield after September 1, 2001, in any location other than a mobile home park must not be more than (5) years old, based upon the date of manufacture thereof, and must have at least 1,000 square feet of interior floor space, and consist of two or more sections joined together to make a single structure after installation.
