That particular scientific and engineering report prepared by the Federal Insurance Commission, dated August 1, 1977, entitled “The Flood Insurance Study for the Town of Garfield,” with accompanying Flood Insurance Maps, identifying and designating areas of Special Flood Hazard, is hereby adopted by this reference as part of this chapter.
