The American National Standard Specifications for making Buildings and Facilities Accessible to, and Usable by, the Physically Handicapped, published by the American National Standard Institute, Inc., Document ANSI A117.1-1961 (reaffirmed 1971), is hereby adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter. This section shall supplement Chapter 35, Laws of 1967 and Chapter 70.92 RCW with respect to public buildings. (Ord. 77-N, §1, 1974)
