22.02.010 Codes Adopted.
Pursuant to RCW 19.27.031, the State Building Code is hereby adopted in its current form, and as it may be hereafter revised and/or amended, subject to the following exceptions.:
(1) Fees levied under the International Building Code (which is part of the State Building Code) shall be equal to the fee schedule provided in the 1997 edition of the Uniform Building Code published by International Conference of Building Officials, except that a flat fee of $35.00 shall be charged for any permit issued to re-roof a building; and
