Any person within the Town desiring a new hook-up to the Town’s sewer system shall reimburse the Town for the cost of materials and labor expended on the installation and hook-up in excess of 25 feet from the sewer main. The labor and materials shall be the actual cost to the Town, and shall include the reasonable cost of the use of Town-owned machinery and equipment, and salaries, wages, and benefits of Town employees for the time they actually spent on the work.
