There is hereby created a “Water Fund.” All revenues or income from water service or other operations of the Town water department shall be credited to this fund. All charges for materials, supplies, labor, and other necessary expenses properly chargeable to the operation of the water department shall be paid from this fund. (Ord. 50-N, §3.2.6, 1967)
