The Planning Commission shall consist of seven members who shall be selected as follows: one shall be a council member appointed by the mayor, who shall be an ex-officio member of the Commission during the period of his incumbency in such office; and the other six members shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Town Council. The ex-officio member shall vote only in the case of a tie (Ord. 245-N, §2, 1996)
