The Deputy Clerk’s duties shall be to assist the Clerk/Treasurer as may be necessary from time to time, to assist the Clerk/Treasurer with respect to the duties required of the Clerk as provided by the laws of the State of Washington, and to act in place of the Clerk/Treasurer with respect to such duties when the Clerk/Treasurer is absent or otherwise unable to perform the duties.
