There is hereby established the combined office of Clerk and Treasurer, to be known as the Clerk/Treasurer; provided, in the execution of any papers the Clerk/Treasurer’s designation as Clerk shall be sufficient. The Mayor shall appoint the Clerk/Treasurer, who shall hold office at the pleasure of the Mayor. (Ord. 189-N, §4, 1991; Ord. 6-N, §2, 1947)
