(1) Business district: Sidewalks constructed on the following streets shall have curbing as hereafter provided and shall be eight feet in width, exclusive of curbing:

- On California Street from 1st to 4th Street;

- On Main Street from 2nd to 4th Street;

- On 3rd Street from California to the Union Pacific Railroad tracks; WHERE TIB

- On 2nd Street from California to Main Street.

(2) Peripheral Business district: Sidewalks constructed on the following streets shall be five feet in width, exclusive of curbing:

- On 3rd Street from Spokane to California Street;

- On 2nd Street from Union to California Street;

- On California Street from 1st to the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks.

(3) Residential district: All other sidewalks shall be four feet in width, exclusive of curbing. (Ord. 8-N, §, 1947)
