Once a vehicle has been parked or left standing upon the improved portion of any street or ally for a period in excess of seventy-two (72) consecutive hours and has had a readily visible notification sticker attached to such vehicle and has remained for an additional forty-eight (48) consecutive hours for a total of one hundred twenty (120) consecutive hours the Town Marshal may cause the vehicle to be towed away at the owner’s expense as provided and authorized by this chapter or RCW Chapter 46.55.
