It shall be unlawful to park a truck with a gross weight of 8,000 lbs or more on any street in the Town which is posted “No Truck Parking.” PROVIDED, this section shall not apply to delivery trucks engaged in delivering goods and wares to retail establishments. (Ord. 54-N, §2, 1968)
