It shall be unlawful for any person operating any vehicle to make a U-turn at the intersection of Third and California Streets. Also, it shall be unlawful for any such person to make a U-turn on those portions of California Street between the intersections of California Street and Second, Third, and Fourth Streets. Too, it shall be unlawful for such person to make a U-turn on that portion of Third Street between the intersections of Third Street and Main and California Streets (Ord. 130-N, §1, 1982)
