16.02.010 Certain sections of the Model Traffic Chapter adopted.
This section is included in your selections.
The following sections of the Washington Administrative Code as now or hereafter amended are hereby adopted by this reference as a part of this chapter in all respects as though such sections were set forth herein in full provided that notwithstanding the provisions of the “Washington Model Traffic Chapter”, no violation of the “Washington Model Traffic Chapter” shall be considered a criminal offense.

A violation of the “Washington Model Traffic Chapter” shall be punishable only by monetary penalty or by administrative action against a licensed driver pursuant to any applicable state or local law, rule or regulation. (Ord. 248-N, §1, 1996; Ord. 121-N, §1, 1981; Ord. 99-N, 1978)
