(1) “Lawful purpose” shall mean any use or purpose not prohibited by Town Chapter, or by federal or State law, rule or regulation. Such uses may include, for example, overnight camping, family reunions, group picnics, and receptions.

(2) “Sunset” and “Sunrise” shall mean those times of the day or night designated and published each day in the Moscow-Pullman Daily News or Spokesman Review as being, respectively, sunset or sunrise. In absence of such publication, they shall mean that time of day designated as sunset or sunrise (as the case may be) by the National Weather Service for the Spokane, Washington, area.

(3) “Town Park” or “park” shall mean the Town Park now situated within that area bounded by Spokane Street and Union Avenue to the north and south, and 5th Street and 7th Street to the east and west. (Ord. 199-N, §7, 1992)
