It shall be unlawful within the Town of Garfield to engage in disorderly conduct. For the purposes of this chapter, a person shall be guilty of disorderly conduct if:

(1) such person uses abusive language and thereby intentionally creates a risk of assault, or

(2) such person intentionally disrupts any lawful assembly or meeting of persons without lawful authority, or

(3) such person intentionally obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic without lawful authority. (Ord. 93-N, §5, 1977)
