14.04.010 Failure to disperse unlawful.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful within the Town of Garfield to fail to disperse. For the purposes of this chapter, a person shall be guilty of failure to disperse if:
(1) such person congregates with a group of 3 or more other persons and there are acts of conduct within the group which creates a substantial risk of causing injury to any person, or substantial harm to property, and
(2) such person fails to disperse when ordered to do so by a peace officer or other public servant engaged in enforcing or executing the law. (Ord. 93-N, §4, 1977)
